Happy new year, guys!

So, this download is every pose pack I have released this year, merged into one file.

Merging .package files saves loading times, and although merging files is easy, until you know how it seems like hard work! I know that was how I felt before I worked it out.

The file contains all the images with codes on, too.

Kisses 1 poses

Merry Christmas, Happy new year, and all that jazz, here's my present to you!

Just a cutesy kissy pose for your simmies in love this holiday season. I'm still working on romantic couples poses, because they. are. HARD. Seriously, major kudos to those who can do them because it is NOT easy one bit. Kids, sure, eeeeeasy, but when you get to adults you get more complicated emotions and lining lips up... well, you get the point.

Oh, the bad news:

Clippage like crazy!!!

Ok, this may well be fixable, but here's the backstory:

I made a very similar pose for my simmy Christmas card, showed it to a friend and she was all "OMG I NEED THIS!". On that pose, I had only posed chest-up because it was for one single head shot one time, so I wasn't fussed that they were inside each other. So, I messed around a bit and in order to keep the actual kiss and face position as it was, I had to sacrifice being able to use the pose at this angle. But really? Were you going to do midriff shots of this anyway? From in front and behind you can't tell, so it really is only this odd angle that's an issue, and I guess depending on the weight of your sims it might not be as bad?

Anyway, so that's why I'm releasing it in that state.

Ok, I made these for this chapter of my legacy way back in July 0.o

Since then, my wonderful friend ShakespearesSunshyne, Sunny for short, fixed them for me.

I'm quite frankly awful at couples poses, but I am working on it.

School Poses

I made these poses for my story, April Showers. This chapter specifically, but I will be using them again.
Because of the way I laid them out, I'm just going to spam you with pics and put all the codes at the end.
They are 9 individual poses, all pose-list compatible.
Some tips for placing; set all the tables in rows how you want them, place all the sims the correct distance from the tables, and then place the chairs after using ALT. Or, you could do chairs, sims then tables. If I remember correctly, the sims will snap to the chairs, but the distance between the chair and the table by default may not work well for the pose. If you use the tables pictured, you may get some minor clipping in the fingers of some poses, purely because these tables are sloped. They won't clip on normal flat tables.

Awkward Conversation Poses

You know when you just can't seem to say something to someone? A conversation full of awkward silences just happens, as neither of you really know what to say. Well, now your sims can do that too!

Pose-list compatible, couple poses snap together, above picture with codes included in download.

This one will probably look weird unless the sim leans against a wall or door.

Her back is very straight.

I didn't even need this, the idea just came to me halfway through making what I did need.

Don't ask where the pic I took in a non-studio setting is, I lost

it. Ok, so, I hate this one so much. I have bent the straight leg a bit in 

an attempt to make me hate it less, but I still hate it. I was going to

leave it out, but then I thought maybe it's just me? I dunno. Burn it.

I don't really like this one either, but I can't work out why, and I don't hate

it with passion like #6, so you're allowed to use this one ;)

Laundry Poses

I don't really expect anyone to get much use from these, but I made them and who knows?

That's it, just parent and child chatting while doing the laundry. They should work on counters, too. I've fixed mummy's arm so her hand is actually on her hip, and as you can see, her left hand will clip a little if the washer is on because it vibrates like crazy. You will need to use 'alt' to line them up, sorry, but I can't for the life of me work out how to make poses snap to washers, and it's pretty easy to line them up anyway.

Second Family Pose Pack

Hey guys! Long time no real update, sorry, I'm lazy.

So, I finally bring you my second family pack, once again created for my sims over at the Mattell Legacy. This one has a few confusing variations, so listen up!

All poses snap-together, and are pose-list compatible.

 

Mummy asleep, cuddling sleeping toddler. 

(Ignore the kids, I forgot to get a seperate pic)
Mummy's hand will clip on some toddler outfits

The above codes are for the pose at floor height.

Those are for the ones at sofa height. I wasn't going to do the second set, but when I got the idea for the next one I needed it for placement. I decided to keep the first set, as I like having poses at ground height for easy variations, I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Daddy comes home.

He wakes sleeping beauty with a kiss.
His leg/knee will clip some couches. Not the one I made this with, but the one I made it for.. No major issue unless you like long-shots.

Mother and baby as before.

Daddy:

Mummy kisses daddy.

Ok, disclaimer moment. The kiss works from this angle on my sims. Please bear in mind that depending on fullness of lips, length of nose, height of mouth and any other variants in that area, your sims kissing won't look the same. There is nothing that can be done about this, and any and every kiss pose is exactly the same.

As you can see, it's not as good from this angle. So it even doesn't work on my own sims. HAH! :p

This one is basically the same as above, all that changes is daddy's arm moves to hold the toddler rather than mummy's leg. I made the variation so the first one could be used without a child interrupting.

Toddler: p_gemly_family_7a

Why 7a? Because the pose is the exact same as the one I released with the previous pack, but at sofa height and made to snap to his parents.

Mummy is annoyed at baby interrupting, Daddy is happy to see him.

Yes, mummy isn't looking directly at the toddler. She's supposed to be leaning on her partners head, exasperated. But, as you can see, from some angles it works like she is looking, so can be used either way.
